Caleb's Story
Caleb Thomas Conroy was born on July 3, 2005, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. From an early age, Caleb was known for his adventurous spirit, brave heart, and infectious happiness. He loved the outdoors and embraced life with enthusiasm and curiosity. In junior high, Caleb discovered wrestling—a sport that helped shape his strong work ethic, discipline, and grit. He learned the value of perseverance and never giving up, qualities that stayed with him throughout his life.
Caleb graduated from Central High School in 2023 and quickly stepped into the working world. In 2024 he found his calling in the oil field, where he thrived in the fast-paced environment and built strong bonds with his coworkers. He deeply valued the camaraderie and purpose that came with the job, adapting quickly and proudly to this new chapter of his life.
On May 9, 2025, while traveling through Oklahoma with his close friends to attend an NBA game, Caleb tragically lost his life in a fatal car accident. His passing forever changed our lives, leaving an immeasurable void in our hearts. Out of this profound loss was born a mission—to honor Caleb’s life, his spirit, and the love he shared so freely with others.
The Caleb T. Conroy Foundation was created to keep Caleb’s legacy alive by supporting local organizations and causes that he cared deeply about. By keeping all proceeds within Wyoming, our goal is to make a meaningful difference close to home. By making the world a little better place, even in the smallest ways, we keep Caleb’s spirit alive.

Our Mission
The goal of Caleb T. Conroy Foundation is to improve the lives of our local Wyoming community while honoring the memory of our beloved son, brother, and friend. Our nonprofit is dedicated to supporting causes that reflect Caleb’s passions: wrestling and outdoor activities. We are dedicated to empowering young people through the spirit of adventure, resilience, and community.
Our Vision
Each year we host the Caleb T. Conroy Foundation golf tournament to bring the community together, raise funds and celebrate Caleb’s life. Through this event and ongoing efforts, we are committed as a family to keeping Caleb’s spirit alive by giving back to the people and community he loved most. Our foundation will direct all proceeds toward youth outdoor programs, scholarships, and local initiatives that embody the values that Caleb lived by.
